A huge thank you for making this happen. Thank you for voting, for talking with colleagues, for sharing your stories, for taking part in AMAs, for asking questions. We really appreciate your contributions, and wouldn’t have reached this milestone without your hard work.
What’s next? #
Things are going to change in the union and at work, and you get to make that change.
We’ll have more details about next steps and the plan for the Annual General Meeting in the coming weeks. In the meantime, take some time to celebrate, and also think about what’s next:
- Could you be a representative?
- Do you have a colleague that you think would be a great representative?
- Do you have an idea for how the union should run?
- Do you have a change you’ve been wanting to make at Skyscanner?
Your union needs you, your ideas, and your dreams, to be successful. Take this time to imagine your more democratic workplace, and your role in it.
This is an absolutely enormous milestone for us, for Skyscanner, and for the tech industry. Celebrate it.
